By: Looby Date: 12 Oct 2011 11:40 PM Just thought it was time to give credit where it's due. We bought an ACER pc from ASDA Direct last December. It started playing up a few months ago, then completely died on us. So we rang ASDA and they were so helpful, not only did they give us a full refund, they called to collect it and gave us a £10 ASDA voucher for the inconvenience!! The pc was nearly a year old!!! Now that's what I call good service!! |

Also, within one year, that is very very good service - usually that amount of time having elapsed, they would tell you where to go!! | |
