It took me longer on my last cheque, i emailed them and they just said it was on it's way and i did recieve it a few days later, maybe they've got backlog

Thanks everybody for all your help, I've emailed them - waiting an answer. £25 is £25, not to be sniffed at...

I looked back at my last cheque redemption from them which was as long ago as April 2010 and it took a total of 8 weeks before I received my cheque. I sent them an email and the cheque arrived exactly one week after the email I sent. However, I didn't keep a note of any reply I might have got from them, but yes, I recently asked them a couple of questions by email and have yet to receive a reply so perhaps there is some backlog involved, and I might even add that they perhaps are struggling due to the recession....anyone else have an opinion on this?

I do agree, Ruth, £25 is something I would not sniff at right now....did you know that sniff is rhyming slang for Reporter?
