I have earned 6500 points with them over the years and even in the past had one redemption of 10 dollars Amazon gift certificate. However, if you are with Surveyticker, they ask you if you want to resign your account with Testspin, but I did this, and then changed back again...what happened, really, was that Surveyticker was just a nonsense and I never got anything from them. I would persist with Test spin, though, Tez, because they have pretty good customer services but it is just that they do not often have UK surveys, more American ones...try contacting their customer services also to see if your account is live, because mine was not and they had to "reactivate" me!!

I think you should mention you are in UK and not bother phoning them Tez, it will cost you a fortune!! I did get suspended too, for no apparent reason, but perhaps it is to do with inactivity on your account....after all you have done nothing so far!!

Yeh i think it is lizzie, i signed up over a year ago and just never bothered with it, but i'v come across it this past week or so but i'm not able to take any surveys, i'v emailed them they said they would activate my account last week but still the same problem, got back in touch with them and this was the message i got, i have just told them it would cost me alot from here in the uk, will let you know if they solve it

They contacted me i explained the situation and all they kept telling me was i need to provide country of residence on my surveyticker account, after loads of emails i sent them a proof of screenshot showing i had already filled this out, i think they got the message and they said they would activate my account and there must of been a problem there end, phew?
