I have to agree, it's got to be my favourite site, iv' been a member since and took my first survey on 18 Dec 2009, i also have reached redemption once now building up for my next, but only just found the forum, crazy, but i'm glad i'm here, thank you all too.

I think I have been a member for about 3-4 years now and I have redeemed 5 times I think it is now and its down to the UKCSI surveys as they give about £7.50 twice a year and we at least get £5 worth of surveys on top of that, so it is possible to get payment within the 12 months.

I think also praise where praise is due, Kay and the YSP team do a fantastic job and it is a great feeling to be a Customer Service Champion, and I am sure George feels the same way.

I think I have redeemed and been a member almost the same amount of time as George, and yes, those UKCSI surveys are coming up again soon, November I think it is, and they will give us a boost in time for Christmas, so that will be nice too.

It is a great place to be, I agree.

David, If you requested payment via PayPal it can take up to 30 days for the payment to clear from our account into your paypal account (it is usually much sooner though) so please keep an eye out and it should be with you soon.

Amazon GCs are usually much quicker, David, for future reference!! and welcome to YSP forum land!

yes but my point was the first poster got to £20 on Saturday and has been paid yet I got there last Thursday and have recieved nothing yet

It depends on the payment method, David....paypal can take longer than Amazon vouchers.

I understand, David, that you were just pointing this out, but I was just pointing out the fact that one payment method can take longer than another, and that is the reason, so the inconsistency would not be there should you both have chosen the same payment method, I think! errm....well, I think so, anyway!

but they were both paypal....

Perhaps the blame may lay with Paypal who do not differentiate, just treat everyone the same in that they will hand out payments when they feel like it, as Kay said, it can take up to 30 days to get from YSP account to your account, but YSP have no control over this once they have made the request for payments to be released.
