AuctionFinal is a free web based tool for use with eBay Auction Sites worldwide. It allows the user the ability to quickly locate those auction lots that are closing (within a user selected time scale) with no bids. All auctions will be closing within a maximum of one hour and all the lots displayed will have no bids. You can also choose to further filter the results by searching for lots under a certain price.

Unless this "tool" allows you to filter by specific items, then it is not that good for the average ebayer. The average ebayer goes on site for a specific item and an odd alternative and not to see what items have no bids on.
Even with the filtering to items without bids on, then filtering again to within certain price ranges, how many items are there. Is there enough time to look at all those within the criteria you have stated.
briskem1, I was waiting for some superduper bit of advice, especially being a senior user of ebay for many years and you have let me down. Off with his fur and castrate him for all our false hopes.

Grrrrrrrr. At the end of the day the build up was for something fantastic, something to hold your breath for. Thank god I did not hold my breath. It was like waiting for the big fish coming up from the deep, only to find a sprat on the hook.
briskem1, it may be of use, BUT, the time to filter down as to what you may want, could be well not worth the time to use the program. However, the current system is fine, if your watching something it reminds you when it is about to finnish, plus you can also watch similar items about to finnish. I was waiting for some glorious all bells and whistles, fanfare playing hot off the press news.
Sorry briskem1, but it was a weeeeee bit disappointing and I did say earlier I hoped it was worth waiting for. You had my old unhealthy heart racing all weekend. Now its a normal monday morning and I feel let down. Your banished from my pride until you prove yourself agin.

Well, Lyn w, nice to see one very happy satisfied customer. I will pass this information on to my husband, briskem1, who is the ebayer in our family. Do you remember some time ago there used to be a thingy on ebay where you could pop in at the last minute to put a bid on? Can't remember what it was called, but it disappeared, well, hubby used to use it all the time and loved it, so he may well enjoy using this! Thanks again.

Geooooorge....if you are not careful, you know, I will get my bikini piccy out again and shock you out of your mood!! ;)

LizzieAnn that picture will last forever in my mind. But back to the subject in hand. I logged on yesterday after briskem1 told us about it and it took forever to load the pages, not that my computer is slow, but because of the vast amount of pages to be loaded. Using this site, I tried to find a fishing rod, as I am always on the lookout for spare rods, and it took over 20 minutes to load the pages required for fishing tackle. I was not knocking what he had told us, I was questioning the build up to what we all expected to be something sensational, well I fealt it was a bit of a damp squib. So for all those who think it is a great thing fine, then try this, see how long it takes you to find a 7ft 30-50 sea boat fishing rod as to get the best deals you have to be watching with about 5 minutes to go and see how long it takes you.
This is my opinion as a YSP panelist and Customer Service Champion, saying what I found.

I don't think it was what you said, George, but the way you said it!! :) I value your opinions greatly and the day we stop being able to stand up, be honest, and say what we really think will be the day we have all become Fascists!! :) Rant over. ;)

And nice to know I hold a place in your mind...I think!! ;)
