I gave up with hotspex when you do try to cash out it says you have to be a bigger member or some thing so i left it a mess on for nothing in my eyes

They are very good for referrals, actually, and always pay you 200 points right away, and Carly is great at customer services.

Also, Carly said in her last email to me that you have to complete the profile information and they send out an Amazon gift card to you in your local currency.

Just cashed out with Opinion World and received my Amazon voucher 3 mins later.

Wow.....that is amazing! How many times have you cashed out with them in the past? This is my first ever redemption....and I have noticed lots of surveys coming in for 75 points and 200 points recently (noticed this as well last year at this time then on 31st December they seemed to stop handing out points!!) and also noticed if you complete a survey with them before 31st October they have a Hallowe'en prize draw to win a £30 Amazon voucher - drawn on Monday!

I just tried to redeem with them and got an error message and was asked if I was signed in with the correct panel?! I am puzzled so emailed customer services on this.....I was trying for an Amazon voucher and I just do not understand what happened!! Will keep you posted as to whether or not their customer services are any good!

This is the error message I got -

We cannot process your claim at this time. Please be sure that when you claim your rewards, you are claiming through the panel to which you belong.

has anyone else ever had this?? How many other panels are there? Perhaps it is the difference between OpinionWorld UK and USA, do you know anyone?!

I had this two weeks ago when I redeemed with them LizzieAnne - I then changed the link to uk and redeemed no problem. This is my second redemption with them this year, and already on 250 points. I did send them an e -mail previous to this and got a reply back within 2 days. I know some members never get a reply to their e-mails but I have never have had a problem regards that.

Just tried again to redeem with Opinion world after getting a really quick reply from customer services sending me a link to use, so used the link, logged in and tried to reddem and got this message -

We cannot process your claim at this time. We ask for your patience as we investigate the reason behind this. This will most likely take us one week. During this time you can continue to take surveys and collect rewards.

Whaaaaat?? any ideas anyone?

Never had that problem LizzieAnne, I just used the link www.opinionworld.co.uk. and it redeemed no problem. I most certainly would e-mail them again and explain the situation, - seems a bit odd...

Just emailed them again.
