I've never had any problems with the MindMover surveys..Just that they don't come through very regularly ,they seem to have a lot of surveys from the tpoll site , these are the ones that ask you about television viewing if you are a sky customer , if you don't have sky you get screened out immediately ..

Tracey I used to be a member but let it go months ago. As you say the surveys are few and far between. But, for me the most annoying thing about them was the surveys they sent. Many a time a single page on a survey covered multiple pages when using grids to fill in. Not only could you lose the point of where you were moving pages, but the print was too small. Ok we could increase the size of the print, but then it increased the pages per grid increasing the time to complete. Its a big NO from me.

I nearly gave up on these, but they have been coming really regularly the last couple of weeks, ive had at least 3/4 over the last few days alone and i never really got any after i joined 5/6 weeks ago.
Im up to £8.80 now, although i will admit they sent me one this morning for £3.16, but i could not access it, so i e-mailed them to explain that there was a problem, hopefully i will have another chance to complete it in the near future.

I have cashed out three times already , the last time just a few weeks ago .They run fine in the background for me as I only take the surveys I'm interested in .

Serena I received an email about that 3.16 one. It was a test email and shouldn't have been sent out. It came from a partner site.

Just received this today -

Yesterday you may have received an email from us under the subject “RE: £3.16 ($5.00 USD) Survey Now Available” which didn’t look like our standard MindMover emails. This was a test email that was accidently sent out by one of our survey partners. Because the email was in an unfinished test state it shouldn’t have been sent out and we’re very sorry for any confusion or concern that was caused by this.

We’re currently working with a few new partners in order to give everybody more surveys to take part in and lots more points to collect. This should benefit everybody when it’s all set up, but please bear with us during this transition period. Rest assured that we are working on making the Mindmover community the best it can be.

Once again though, we’re sorry about yesterday’s test email being sent to you by mistake. If you ever have any queries about your survey invites in the future then please contact the MindMover Helpdesk at helpdesk@mindmover.co.uk and we will do all we can to help.

Kind regards,
The MindMover Helpdesk

so that should clear up any confusion - Mindmover are going places!! :)
