I wonder why you are a potential winner, but have won? I have never won anything Terence from any site, so im not sure how they go about rewarding the prizes, but to me, you have either won or you have not!
I would just do as they ask, after e-mailing them first for confirmation.

I have just followed the steps, it asked for my name address and telephone number, i can't really remember actually taking part as it's not in my favourites i only just signed up about a month ago, And i'v never won anything before, i'v just had a look through there site and it just says you will be entered into a monthly draw for each survey you take part in, I'm a little confused to, but i'v gave them everything they wanted, just have to wait..

I have won lots of times through survey sites and the words "potential winner" are the problem, Tez....unfortunately you either win or you don't, as Serena says! I think you may find there is a problem with this. However, you have done your part, just look out for any dodgy emails and if you gave out your phone number as you say you did, look out for dodgy scam calls. Sorry, it is awful when you get your hopes up like this and all these people should be put up against a wall and shot! :(

Also I see after the word "potential" there is an asterisk......can you look at your email again and see what this asterisk refers to? There is usually some small print at the bottom, like a footnote which refers to this.

There isn't much else in the email, everything is there that shows in the email but it's got the logo at the top exactly the same as the site itself, i have emailed them but there isn't much else i can do, just have to wait and probably have not won anything, but i have filled out the claim your prize survey!

i will happily keep you informed, as i'v never won anything before and i still enter all surveys even if it is for 'prize draws' hopefully something good will come out of it with a big thumbs up.

Is this part of nickelodeon? I would be careful with my details in case it's a scam.
