what is recruitment for sme??? I hate abbreviations I have no idea what they mean and I can't spell abbreviations

Yes, you can crusty - 10 out of 10 for good spelling...unless of course you spelled it wrongly then used the edit button! :)

Obviously, though, the SME I work for was not S or M but L....large....we have 135 members of staff and that was considered too large!! I got the red box of doom too! :(
