I think we all had problems completing profiles on the new site, crusty, but don't be downhearted. Everyone's experience is different, but I don't know anyone who has never been paid from them!!

I had nothing from them, as i said previously, but im sure its a technical hitch crusty, dont despair, then i got loads of surveys all of a sudden, yes i have had problems with their surveys, but now my overall opinion has changed a lot, i was going to dump them as well, but i stayed patient, and it has paid off.

You have to get surveys in order to get paid and I have not recieved any of them.

I am getting surveys regular, but there profiles can be a pain as others eg pureprofile as it don't recognise you have completed 100% of it and also i have alot of problems loading the survey because of (adobe) even using internet explorer 9, probably due to moving to a new site a few months ago, but you will get paid!

I think there must be a problem with their website as i have to press "login " twice every time as the first one never registers
.They also tell me sometimes that my computer has not got the correct flash player? My net-book is relatively new, and is windows 7, and updated regularly, and when i clicked on one of their links to update data my net-book stated "categorically" that this is already installed, i was never able to take the survey??
I do feel for you crusty as i do think they have some technical issues to sort out?

have to admit no problems for me with Panelbase and when, in the past, I did have a problem it was put right very quickly.
Only the other day I posted on the forum that it looks as if Panelbase is under the CINT umbrella, if that is the case, then maybe the current problems can be put down to that, but I hope it is no the case and they remain independent.

I have more problems with cint, to be honest!!

No problems from my end and got paid a few weeks ago.Not many surveys recently though.

Its good to se I'm not the only one with problems with this site.
Changing the subject, your other recommendation of vivatic. com has been great and have been getting regular surveys

Hey I think they're terrific .I earned 60 quid from them last week and yes I have been paid , they are getting faster with that .My daughter is a member too and she said she was having problems with surveys loading etc ( maybe because she uses IE9 ).Since I downloaded Google Chrome I haven't had any problems with the site .I did see a note on one of the surveys a few weeks back saying that it wasn't compatible with firefox or ie so maybe that was a small technical glitch .

Tracey I seem to have problems with firefox, some of my surveys will load but there is No Ok/forward button. So I try and remember to do my surveys on chrome.
