By: LizzieAnn Date: 11 Nov 2011 8:54 PM I have just managed to redeem for both of the above making a £25 cheque and a £50 cheque en route to yours truly....however, having redeemed such a long time ago with both panels, I can't quite remember the length of time we are talking about? I have notes, but I know things change. Opinion Health say the redemption process takes 5 weeks, but I wondered if anyone can verify the length of time it took for their cheque to arrive? And the same with YouGov? |

Terence Raymond Lewis About me: Hi, i'm tez, i am 23 years old, i live in blackpool and come from stoke, i support manchester united football club, love to spend time with friends and have a laugh. Why I like surveys: Giving my opinion, great rewards. By: Terence Raymond LewisDate: 12 Nov 2011 1:30 AM Opinion health took awhile to recieve mine this is a few months ago now, it went past the date it stated it would take to come, so i emailed them and funny enough it turned up, yougov i have just cashed out my second ever payment from these, i have noticed it doesnt have the option for check anymore but only bac's, so we will wait and see, surely this should speed up processes, i am wanting it before christmas
Tracey Harman By: Tracey HarmanDate: 12 Nov 2011 1:05 PM If its now paying BACs the payment should be within 14 days , unless they have decided to pay out at a certain time of the month .
LizzieAnn About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous? Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things! By: LizzieAnnDate: 12 Nov 2011 3:14 PM aw, Tez, just missed the BACS changeover by a few pesky days...isn't that annoying?? Cheques now take four days to clear too, which is a pain. Thanks for the info on Opinionhealth though, I did get a cheque from them once before - my notes show I redeemed 29th March 2010 and received 24th May 2010 - my husband's birthday!! which is still about 8 weeks, isn't it? Not good, though, with Christmas coming, you would think these companies might make more of an effort.

By: LizzieAnnDate: 15 Nov 2011 6:47 PM Got an email from Yougov today to say that if I was not asked for my bank details at the time of redemption this is a fairly new initiative and they will still pay me by cheque. It appears that going forward, all payments will be made by BACS within one month which is good news and fast!
