I've noticed late last night and early this morning that I have completed 3 DKR surveys (85p) each and they have not been updated on my account. Has anybody else got a problem and also I cannot find any contact details apart from an address, i'm looking for an email contact.

poo! tried this address but doesn't work - it comes back asking you to look at FAQ's within the website....

yes ruth ive had the same problem =(

go to F&Q then choose 'I took a survey but it wasn't credited to my account. What can I do?
scroll down to the end and choose 'here' its highlighted in blue this should appear.....

What Happened To My Survey?
1. Date of the survey' make sure you put in the correct date of when you did the eaxct survey.
another drop down will open and choose which section you took the survey from ie populous or vista or web, it should scan for your latest surveys it'll more then likely say you've been credited so go to the 'Request Further Investigation' option highlighted in blue and they will investigate it for you. Goodluck =) x

3 times I have competed these 85p surveys and each time account has not been updated.Don' bother tring anymore, just do Populus and New Vista and always get credited with the £1.

Hang on a bit!!!!! Someone must be listening or reading these comments.
I have just had a further £3.40 go into my VIVATIC account from the missing surveys.....
INTERESTING..... big brother is watching us......

I'm glad you got that sorted Ruth! I usually only do the New Vista and Populus surveys via Vivatic. Now, if only someone from MyVoice was looking in on our comments too..... ;-)

Don't worry, the 85p ones are not updated instantly but the £1 ones are....no worries, just be patient and you will get your money peeps!

I stopped doing the 85p ones when I realised I was not being credited (my balance only ever went up in £1 increments for the New Vista/PopulusLive ones) - I contacted them but as I couldn't give them specific dates when they were taken I got no help (I know I should have kept records but they were so good at crediting the others I never thought it necessary)
