It only tool seven weeks for them to pay out so on looking at previous payouts, they are slowly improving which can only be good for all of us panelists.

Nothing good come from Toluna. 3 months ago they took 3,000 points off of me so I complained and they sent back a 2 page reply informing me that I had not been using my points quick enough and they were out of date. I wrote back that the only way that I could use them quicker was if they supplied them quicker (I had waited 4and a half months for one survey to be paid) also if they checked their records they would see that I exchanged points every months.3 months later they finally admited they had had a 'IT glitch' and I would get my points back. TOO LATE I will finish with them at the end of the year when I get the last of what they owe, providing they do not do what they did last year.Since I have already started to do less of their surveys and have less to do with them my temprement has gretly improved and swearing has all but stopped.

About me: I love surveys! You can't tell from reading any of my posts, though, can you?! I am a full time worker with two children and a full time house husband, are you jealous?
Why I like surveys: They are fun, interesting and lucrative, not to mention the fact that they can lead to amazing things!

Seven weeks is good, Lynn, yes, I had a shorter wait this time around too....only 8 for me!! :) Lots of people don't like them but I really enjoyed doing the toothpaste test I did for them and think they are OK to have going in the background. If you are not impatient and not in a hurry, they are fine. :)

About me: I live in a small village and work in the local Post Office. I live alone now with my two dogs and am looking forward to retiring in a year or so.
Why I like surveys: Love surveys because they fun to fill out and I love the incentives, ie cash, vouchers etc. I like being asked my opinion too.

I find Toluna a nightmare to deal with. Their interest survey icons don't work and they have taken out of date points off me too. If I know I am going to lose them, and haven't got enough to redeem them for a voucher etc I use the ones they're going to take anyway to buy Prize draw entries for that amount.

This is a strange one cos alot of people dont like them but at the moment its been great for me and its been the best paying site going, folowed closely by vivatic. Ive been paid £45 from toluna this month alone, so far beats all other sites.

spiderwebber8 I second that - I seem to be making quite a lot from them since I started doing surveys for Toluna at the beginning of July. I've had £90 amazon, £15 love2shop and I'm waiting on £45.
If your willing to wait then I recommend but it's not for people who want to get their rewards quick.

The money is fine but its not worth all the cr*p you get from them. In order to do surveys correctly you need to tell the the truth and be honest but with Toluna it is not a two way flow.

I have a sort of love-hate relationship with Toluna - most of the time it's love. I waited 10 weeks for my first voucher, but my second and third vouchers arrived in just under 6 weeks! I'm still waiting for another two vouchers, but they have at least 4 weeks grace period with those at the moment. I was put off applying for paper vouchers as some members report not receiving them and then going to great pains for months on end in order to get replacements.

Where Toluna disappoints me is not only the decline in the number of surveys lately, but also the surveys that boot you out when you've completed, say, 80% of them, so they end up gleaning a lot of information from you without so much as a compensatory amount of points. :-((

There is also a lot of silly hysteria on Toluna at times - I prefer to steer well clear of that; but it is disappointing when you see some good topics being hijacked by petty squabbling!
