About a month ago they invited me to take part in a focus group and asked me to log on at 7.30pm one evening; I logged on, and....nothing!! Not even an apology. Hmmmph...! | |

I was invited to one and told I qualified and would be sent log in details prior to the start at 7.30pm (a popular start time it seems!) and when I did not receive the email, I phoned them and they apologised profusely and sent the email right away and in I went and got paid £30 for it! | |

What peeved me was any lack of a simple "thank you"... :-( £30 is a good payment though. | |
