Hi Andrew, most people with this site tend to login everyday. The reason for ths is to go on the forum. As far as surveys are concerned, apart from your email, if you login everyday, you will find the odd survey waiting. Apart from march and november, when we get what are known as the UKCSI surveys (United Kingdom Customer Service Index)and earn 50p per survey (Usually about 14 each time), other surveys do appear often, maybe not as often as some sites, but you will find that Your Say Pays has a lot more than survyes to offer, especially the forum.

Yes, Andrew, I echo all George says...come along for the laughs and you may pick up some good tips. If you check out the help and advice section there are a number of lists with survey panels you can join too.....we have over 150 survey panels between us (I am sure it must be many more by now, though!) and you can be referred by anyone here if you ask nicely, or you can simply click through and join yourself. The lists are all products of individual panel members and not the site, though. I hope you enjoy the site and welcome, Andrew!
