Since doing the writing test and getting 0/5 I have completed 5 surveys of which none have been credited to my account. I have queried this. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Ros,what day did you take the surveys? If from Friday onwards they won't be credited until Monday. This is from their latest survey FAQS

"I've completed a survey but my account has not been updated instantly. How long does it take?
We work with a number of survey companies and each has a different method of providing us details of who completed a survey. Some completions are reflected almost instantly and in most cases they are reflected within 24 hours. Surveys completed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be reflected until Monday morning."

Things are not looking quite so rosey for Vivatic just now, as some of us are finding out. I dont venture into this writing lark, as I dont think it is fair, as some are finding out, but what about this. Yesterday I did a survey with them via Populus. As you know it tells you that the survey will last 15 mins and be rewarded £1. Well yesterday the survey, all about politics, lasted over half an hour, and as it came to the end and doing the usual checks on you, just before it asks you if you have any comment to leave about the survey, I was screened out. I was furious. More than twice as long to complete. and screened out at that stage. That is outrageous. So looking through their site and the FaQ section I came across this

4. You have been screened out of the survey at the end and not noticed the survey partner’s message. During busy periods you can be screened out of surveys right at the end. Although it may appear you have completed it the message might not always be clear enough.

How many of you were aware of this. Surely this is not fair to screen you out at the end after getting all this information. Would this not make you wary of filling in a vivatic survey from now on. I think what we should do is hound vivatic with complaints about this practice and how unfare it is to the likes of us, to get information then not pay us. I for one will be doing this, are lots of you going to follow me.

George, I have had a bit of a nightmare with Vivatic this weekend!

When the writing test became available last week I took it and scored 5/5; I was quite excited about it and had high hopes of faring well with it. Alas, I was terribly disappointed with the list of article topics: franking machines, vehicle trackers and other obscure titles that few would find interesting or worthwhile. But the real problem came when I "claimed" a job; the article I had to write was about carrying out transcription jobs from home - a fairly easy subject, and one of the few I knew anything about. I wrote the article and have been trying to submit it since yesterday morning! I keep getting a message about "article destination", and there is absolutely no support on site to help. I've emailed them loads of times to annoy the pants off them, and in the hope that they will sort it out. All I get back is that it they will answer my query "within 3 working days"!!! That doesn't help me at all, especially as they have (this morning) emailed me to remind me that my work is due today. :-((

The only thing I could think to do was to email them again today and include my article in the email so that they could see I am not a shirker, i.e. I have done the work well within the timescale, and to their requirements.

Even if they did sort it out, and pay me for it, I certainly won't be wasting any more time writing articles for them.

I did the same political survey as you George but fortunately didn't get screened out at the end, that should never happen! you're right it seemed to go on forever.
I think it took me three quarters of an hour to complete! The one thing I did notice, the progress bar was stuck on 1% all through the survey.
I'm just hoping it's credited to me tomorrow! I'm sure if this company is going down hill we could start a campaign against them using "people power" George. No company likes adverse publicity.

Terence could not agree more, we should press home with vivatic the error of their ways. No one should be subjected to such downright cheating as this. To me any survey that goes beyond 25% should be paid for in full, but to go 100% and be screened out is unbelievable.
Also as you pointed out, the progress bar stayed at 1% all the way through the survey, to the point I think this was a deliberate exercise in getting free information.
Come on all you registered with Vivatic, lets tell them what we think and give them a chance to put things right before we hit other forums with their shocking ways.

I took this populus survey too and i agree it was about 45 min or more long, i feel this length of survey should have carried a £2.50 payment, and George, how awful to be screened out after all that time, disgusting!

I had that same long long survey! I have 3 completed and not credited so have messaged them separately for each one. They have credited before when I have pointed them out so hopefully will do so with these too.
I was rejected for the writing job test but I did notice the page that it was directed to which was http://www.workfromhomejobs.tv/

,I decided to save the link in case I want to get a better look at some point ,so if anyone else is interested, there it is.
I haven't looked through it and cant recommend anything about it but it looks like they also recruit outside the vivatic site.

I have done nothing with Vivatic since I reached £8 quite a while ago. I have read with interest lots of comments on here saying they were really good and very reliable, but I kept my opinion pretty much to myself at that stage. In the past, and in my experience, if it is "too much, too soon" they burn themselves out.....and sorry to say, this appears to be what is happening here.

Although I applied for the writing test, I have not done it yet, and will now now do so. I may continue until I reach redemption but I may retire earlier and lose my £8 as I think things are going pear-shaped.

I feel that sometimes new panels underestimate the amount of interest and response they will get from the internet and do not gear up their systems to expect this, therefore lots of people become disappointed.

I have stayed quiet on this subject for some time in the hope that I would be wrong as you were all doing so very well at the beginning with £10 redemptions but warning bells sounded for me when the redmeption changed to £25 meaning the admin department was struggling to meet lower payments as they were too generous.....I still hope I am proved wrong, but I hope you all get good results, and are paid, then it might be time to say ta-ta? :(

I did the same survey, and like everyone else, noticed that the completion bar stayed at 1%. My last four surveys, including this one, have not been credited. I have queried this and am waiting for a reply.

Im the same I completed that long political survey took me about 45mins - 1hr and it stayed stuck at 1% ive reported it to them cos I didnt realise you dont get credited fri - Sun lol but oh well fingers crossed get it today afterall they have been good at crediting so far, so its all back to fingers, eyes, ears, arms and legs crossed.

And george report it they should sort it out cos when survey's screen you out it takes you away from the survey not allowing you to finish it.

I have yet to be credited for that political survey on Saturday, but I am glad to say that I have been paid for two articles I wrote over the weekend - phew! I was becoming quite concerned about the writing jobs. It has (sort of) restored my faith in them, but the question of no credits for surveys, and being screened out at the end of the a survey, is unacceptable.
