Sit down with good old pen and paper and write them a letter with full details. There is a fairly extensive part on the site relating to terms and conditions which may well be worth a read. Log into the site and go to "terms and conditions" and you will find all you need to know. Then log your information, chapter and verse, on how you won, when you won, and how much you won, put in all your username details then send the letter to - | |
