Basically lizzie you type in the items you are looking for, then you decide how much of a saving you would like to make , anything from 5% to 99% click on the link and it travels through the amazon ether searching for all reduced products .Many of the big stores inside of amazon have percentages off but you will never find them as they aren't advertised .This tool is designed to search through the amazon database .They do say that its NOT a guarantee that you wonn't find the same product cheaper on another site , but it will be at the cheapest with the discount on amazon ..hope it helps I know how bleedin expensive kids are

But you can't refine your search.....and you can't search for a specific item..hubby has passed judgement on it and sorry to say, it's a thumbs down as he specifically knows exactly what he is searching for each time and it will not find these things. It is also not a guarantee it comes from Amazon either, sometimes it is Marketplace, and they are hit and miss....sorry

Not to worry Its saved me a few pennies on things in the past , apparently its been improved that's the only reason I put it up .
