Hi Jennifer, you will find that Panelbase has a very good following with YSP members. I personally love the site and the good quality surveys they produce and at a good reward.

They are very good at paying out and haven't had any bother with them.

I am very fond of Panelbase and I love Angus, who started out life as Dipsticks Research which I thought was a wonderful and very imaginative name for a research company - being a non-car owner/driver, I had to look up what a dipstick actually was and no, it is not really a thick person, but a little something for measuring your oil levels!!! I really like what they have done and they have just gone from strength to strength, their profiles are good and indepth and I like the look of their site although I did have problems with the new site as I think other members on here did, as there were some teething troubles due to profile completions being difficult, but now they are great, reliable and pay well and quickly and what else can you really ask from a survey panel but those things?

Thanks for reminding me about this survey site Jennifer it seems last time I logged in was 2010. I had £4.00 but they have taken it off me probably too much time had lapsed lol.

I am getting ready to quit this site. I have rang them 3 times and sent 2 e-mails and have been completely ignored. I did one survey when I first joined and have had nothing since. The inquires were about the profiles.If there is one thing that really annoys me more then companies not paying its their support services not replying.

This astounds me what you are saying. This is definately not like Panelbase

Perhaps it's me but I have had a similar problem with survey.com where the support service just did not reply, so i cancelled my membership.They still keep sending surveys even though I am no longer registered and I am now up to 7 E-mails pointing out that I'm not registered and they still ignore them and keep sending the surveys!!!

I only need 25p to redeem! Come on Panelbase!!

After yet another call to panelbase I have had 2 surveys (got kicked out of both ) but at least they are sending something!!

Thanks for all your responses, I'm new to this site but I think it's great and I've learnt so much even though I have been taking surveys for several companies for over a year now. While I've got your attention has anyone noticed Vivatic has not been crediting on some of the 'Web Sourcing' surveys, this has been going on for about 6-8 weeks. They have removed their contact details from the site unless you want to write (as if!) and of course we have no ref. no's.
