My worst one was way back in the dawn of time when Synovate first started out and I got a bare bones email from them to tell me I was one of their first ever winners of the £50 prize draw.....well, about 25 emails later, and lots of silence I finally got an envelope which looked like it had been handwritten by a small child and inside was my battered cheque - however it cleared, so that was fine....but it was almost 5 months from win to receipt!! :(

Yes toluna is horrible cash-out wise, but I think about it this way. I just carry on doing the odd survey and before know it I can 'redeem' again, so now I have £30 processing and carry on doing surveys. After all, I know they do eventually payout. So now I have £45 processing and am on 56,000 points. Its a mini savings account.

Worst ever? OPINIONWORLD. I clicked to payout, and they cancelled my account. Then ignored my emails. Cue an angry entry onto surveypolice.

Pompski (wonderful username, love it!!! :) ) I did manage to cash out with Opinionworld, but only once ever...and it was instant! Good luck with your follow-up - their customer services are hit and miss in my experience, but they do reply. Have you tried contacting them directly?

I like Toluna, really, due to the fact that they do pay out eventually too.....I am not known for my patience....but almost, as you say, you can just about forget about them, then log in and there is your voucher awaiting your arrival! Nice! :)

Hey, thanks. Yeah they emailed me instantly after clicking redeem saying my account had been suspended. When questioned, they just sent me a link to their T&C's. Never got another reply again. Was a shame, I thought they were good.

For me, Toluna and Surveyhead are as bad as each other. They are the pits.

Very bad service, Pompski....sad that they could not have explained...is there anything in their terms and conditions that might have applied in terms of you contravening anything? It is hard to know what was going on there...:(
