Hi all
Well after logging in and receiving the odd 5 pence here and there and managing to reach £20, I just completed a survey for them for the grand amount of £5.75 and reached my redemption. May not get it in time for Christmas but a nice amount to receive in the New Year.

Im up to £10.08 now, after amending my account details, have not looked back, love this site now, and i must say that their surveys are quite interesting, and i also did the £5.75 one this morning, could not believe my luck! Brilliant!
If anyone is finding them really slow, try double checking your account info name and date of birth etc, as mine was missing for some reason, i don't see how as you have to fill all this in when you join, but check anyway, i don't know if it might be an occasional glitch on their end?

referring to Pureprofile I'm just wondering if it is worth logging on every day or just wait for an e mail from them.Any ideas anyone? :)

Yup, Deborah....do log in every day, especially if you have not completed all your profile questions, but even if you have, the surveys fill VERY quickly often within only a few hours, and you might miss out on an email invitation....even so, the odd 10p one crops up for a profile update and you are not sent an email invitation for that, and these soon mount up!!

Of course, don't forget to do the same for Panelbase as they take their survey invitations from the poll questions they ask onsite....if you don't do the polls, you get fewer and fewer invitations....:(

That was fast, well done, Deborah....that really goes for all survey sites, Deborah...lots of sites only send out surveys to panelists with completed profiles....so you are missing out on opportunities if your profiles are not up to date. I always advocate logging into all the sites you are a member of and updating your profiles regularly...things change, and perhaps you will qualify for more interesting or more valuable surveys if you update regularly....it also helps to remind them you exist! :)

Pop them onto your toolbar as favourites, Deborah...that is how I keep track....also keep a folder of your sites alphabetically....I always like good old reliable pen and paper to keep track of my sites...and as you know, I have 140 to keep track of, so I would get totally lost if I didn't have records!! :) I also have folders within my PFC on AOL so that I can separate out my queries, customer contacts, survey invitations, etc.

Yep, every one is talking about redemption at £20 and I also thought it was £25-has anything changed please?

Fikinz
By: FikinzDate: 12 Dec 2011 11:12 AM

I think Janet meant she was on £20 and then completed a £5 survey so could cash out - as far as I know it is still £25. I got paid within 7 days when I cashed out last time.

Hi all
Yes it is £25 to redeem.
I did mean that I was on £20 and then completed a survey for £5.75 which took me to the redemption amount.

Do not expect to get paid rapidly with PureProfile as they are currently finding what ever excuse they can dream up to delay peoples payments.

They have had several emails from me this week for a very over due payment that fails to arrive and excuses that are not true like bank problems that turn out to be their fault when they finally admit it.

They initually blamed my bank but I telephoned my bank and found that no payment had tried to be processed by them.

Several emails and days later they now admit they made mistakes but still have as yet to actually pay me.

That is slightly disturbing, Lynn, as I have never had any problems with them....I hope this does not signal any problems to come....can you please keep us posted as to what is happening? Thanks :)

This happened to me also, £20 upto £25.75 for what was a simple survey. I have always rated pure profile (third redemption) however have not received my money yet.

Have you?

It doesn't usually take long...but when did you actually redeem, Pompski? Unless you drop them an email? If you have not already done so, of course...they are pretty good at answering them. :)
