Many a time I have vented my anger at them on this site, mainly due to the time lapse in getting your rewards, the reduction in value of vast majority of surveys and the increase in points redemption, which actually made the prize value increase, but the points ratio to previous redemption points had went up greater than the value and yet you are still soldiering away.
