Look at my rant in the Customer Service Champions forum

serena
About me: I am a housewife currently, and my husband and 2 adult sons work full time, so i look after the house and finances.
Why I like surveys: I enjoy giving my opinion and earning a little extra to help out with the shopping now and again and it keeps me occupied.

I have read that George, i see they are still mucking you about? Have you tried to e-mail Dom Littlewoods site, he tries to help with all complaints, i think he would be interested in yours, and from watching his programmes recently, he gets the problem sorted, could be worth a try? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. So sorry for you and your poor mum, i would have murdered someone by now!
Found them for you, the third one is about how to complain, hope they help x

If I dont get satisfaction within the next 7 days, then Dominic Littlewood, that is a strong possibility. Thanks for the suggestion.

Received a letter this morning from SCS, they apologised for the delay in getting back to us, but with the christmas holiday upon us, it will now be the new year before they can do anything for my mum. This is 4 months after the initial complaint and 7 weeks since they agreed to change the seat cushions. It seems once you part with your money, SCS, they put you on the back burner and forget about you. Only thing is, this time something is coming back to bite them.

Take them to the small claims court AND ask for your money back. I have read reviews on SCS on other sites and they are all bad.
