When you reach the end of a survey and it has a box asking you for your opinions of the the survey, do you fill it in and if so and the survey was really rubbish, do you say so?

I have not come across one that has asked that question, but if I did a survey that I thought was not worth the effort for the reward offered then I would express that opinion.

I ALWAYS say exactly what I think in particular in NVL and Populus surveys because this is really the only voice survey takers have. I wonder if it is possible they take notice of what we say? After all the information we give in these boxes is taken in aggregate and not attributable to the individual survey taker so it is worth letting them know if you don't like it.

However, I would caution against saying something like "I thought this survey was rubbish" as it often asks please mention any particular likes and dislikes or problems you have had in this survey and it is looking for specifics.

Something I know George dislikes, as he has mentioned it on here before, is the huge choice tables they have in Mindmover surveys especially ones about Sky - if there is something like that, mention it and say WHY you did not like it - i.e. I had to keep scrolling back and forth across the page to see my options to give my answers. My pet hate used to be lines with like at one end and dislikes at the other end, you know like a thermometer....they would never load properly on my pages...so I told them that was what I disliked!! I never get them now...I wonder if there is a link?

After all, surveys are about expressing your opinion on products and services so why shouldn't survey takers who express these opinions also have an opinion on the surveys themselves?! :)

I told Synovate 3 times that their surveys are hard to do because of the black bar across the screen, in those after survey question-ares, now i do not get any problems with new wonderbug(same layout)surveys, now an orange bar, i do not now need to continuously go from full page to small page to view all the questions properly, so yes i think they do listen!
