Forum Focus
We are continuing to focus on our customer service forums this month. Lots of you post interesting and useful topics within the forums which we really appreciate as its great hearing what sort of experiences you've had with companies and getting useful feedback about YourSayPays.
You may have noticed we've had LizzieAnn join George as one of our customer service champions. LizzieAnn is not only a prolific poster but she is so passionate about customer service and always willing to offer help, advice and useful tips so don't hesitate to add to one of her posts, or even pose her a question.
We've had a lot of feedback about the site and the way we run things too which is really useful. I hope we've managed to answer any queries you've had, our customer service champions have a great deal of experience with online panels so have given some brilliant feedback too. Remember if you do have a query and want a more immediate answer please email us on queries@yoursaypays.co.uk or email me directly on kay@yoursaypays.co.uk
As a lot of the posts had recurring themes I thought I'd do a quick FAQ based on what was being said.
There don't appear to be many surveys…
We always have the monthly omnibus prize draw survey to take part in, which although doesn't pay credit, it does offer a chance to be entered into a prize draw to win £100 worth of vouchers.
On average we run around 2 surveys per week. We'd love it to be more and we are working on expanding and gaining new business but sometimes, as with any business (particularly around Christmas and the New year) business can be a little slow. With 2 new business development managers hard at work getting new contacts we do hope this volume will increase soon. We can thoroughly sympathise with anyone wanting more surveys- we want more too and are doing all we can to get them!
I receive an email with a link to the survey but when I enter it, its closed…
We usually require 1000 to 2000 responses to surveys and the quicker they fill for us, the better! This does mean that it is first come first serve with the surveys. We send out about 3000 to 5000 email invites at random to each new survey, the surveys can also be entered from the site in 'available surveys'. So you might not always get an invite or see the email invite in time but if you check the site regularly you'll be able to see what is available to you to take part in.

Football thread:
The football has certainly been interesting lately- not because of any matches but because of the record breaking amounts of money spent- particularly during the recession. Let us know what you think about this here

Important news
One of the great things about the forums is the sharing of information and one of the most recent topics has been about bogus callers. A few of you have had an experience of a call being made about your computer running slow or having a virus and then asking for certain personal details. Please let us know via the forums if this has happened to you and help us to spread the word so that people can be careful.
Remember;
- Never give out any personal details on the phone unless you are completely certain who is calling. Most companies only take personal details if you ring them not the other way around!
-
Never ever give out your pin number over the phone or otherwise!
-
Don’t be afraid to question who is calling you and why; genuine companies have nothing to hide but a bogus caller can be caught out if you ask for verification of their identity.
In regards to market research phone calls, these will never ask you for any personal information such as bank details or any account numbers. Genuine market research will always offer you a verification phone number of the MRS or the company they are working on behalf of. Genuine market research will also always protect your identity if you don’t want to be linked with your responses.

Prize draw winners
The winner of the November prize draw for £100 Amazon vouchers was Norah from Dorset. Norah was really pleased to win and said she would be spending the vouchers on things for her home.
Our prize draw winner in December was Sarah from the West Midlands who won £100 Marks and Spencers vouchers. Sarah said the vouchers will be going towards birthday presents for her God children. We hope you spoil them Sarah!
Our next omnibus survey will be a home made YSP survey. This means its more for our interest and not for clients. We are basing it on national identity and would love it if our Welsh, Scottish and Irish panellists would take part!
Many thanks Kay @ YourSayPays
