Increased regularity of surveys and more rewards for taking part

Overwhelmingly, in our survey you said you wanted more surveys to complete regularly and the chance of more thank you payments. We are hard at work recruiting more business so we can get more surveys out to you. Here at YourSayPays we are really ambitious to grow, so your goal for wanting more surveys to do is the same as ours.

We've also decided to start running new members surveys and to run some prize draws so that you have the chance to win some prizes for your feedback on some smaller surveys. Please keep checking the site regularly for new monthly prize draw. We are currently recruiting for a new account manager to join our team to look after our clients and win us new business.

Facebook & Twitter

More news, interaction and customer
service articles.

You said you wanted more customer service articles and news on the site. This led us to creating this YourSayPays newsletter to keep you informed (this should be the first of many), and we plan to put more results of the surveys we have run on the site, as well as having customer service champions who will write for their region on customer service matters that you can then comment on if it tweaks your interest.

We really want to encourage you to discuss your customer service opinions and to swap stories and experiences. In order to make things feel more like a community where you can interact with each other and us you can now follow YourSayPays on Facebook and Twitter.

We'll keep these pages up to date with any new surveys that will be going out live and you can also post and add to discussions about various topics with other YourSayPays members.

If you feel very enthusiastic about customer service you can become one of our Customer Service Regional Champions. We are hoping to get members in different regions all over the country to blog on our website about customer service and we hope to get your opinions noticed in the local media as well as being able to offer you more rewards for your feedback.
If you are interested in becoming a customer service champion please email me at kay@yoursaypays.co.uk

Amazon

Ease of payment

You may have noticed that we have also introduced a new payment option once you reach your £20 status. You can still receive the money into your PayPal account, or help out some wonderful charities but now you can also get Amazon.co.uk vouchers. We chose Amazon as they are brilliant and stock practically everything, and the vouchers will be simple to use. Within 30 days of us notifying you have reached £20 on your account, you should receive a voucher via email direct from Amazon. We are one of the few sites that pays out at £20 so we hope to make it easier to gain your rewards as a thanks for giving us your feedback.

YSP logo

Design of our site

One thing we got mixed responses about from our survey was the layout and design of our site. Some of you love the big mouth and the striking green, while others don't. We plan to change the layout of the site to make it more user friendly and clearer to use, but while we can't please everyone (and most people did love the memorable big mouth) our logo will remain the same so you can recognise us.

Taking on board your feedback, we want to make it easier for you to blog, make it clearer when new surveys are available and more rewarding when you recommend a friend to our site.

We are currently working on the revamp this so hope to have a site announcement soon!

iphone

If you have an iPhone...

One of our aims in the future is to come up with an application for those of you with iPhones to do surveys on the go. We also plan to make our site mobile friendly so if you use the Internet on your phone you should have no problem logging on to YourSayPays.

Finally, many of you have emailed Charlotte when you have queries. Charlotte is going on maternity leave at the end of April as her baby is due on 1st May. During Charlottes maternity leave, I will be your main contact at YourSayPays, so please let me know if you have any queries.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey in September. Please carry on giving your feedback to us, we aim to continually improve to make YourSayPays really pay for you..

Many thanks Kay Wilkinson @ YourSayPays
