New site feedback
The new site has been bedding in for the last month and while we have had the odd hiccup along the way; its up running, working and looking great.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to give us some feedback on the new site. We’ve had some lovely things said, which really justifies all our hard work!
“Love the new site, well done” Josie
“I love the new site. It’s colourful and easy to navigate. Well done.” George
“A very good site colourful and easy to navigate hope to get more surveys” Jim
“Just wanted to say I read about each of you and you sound a smashing lot.
I am enjoying the surveys.” Lynne
We still want to constantly improve the site to make it easy to use, with interesting content and of course plenty of surveys! Our main aim is and always will be to provide plenty of surveys so you can get rewarded.
Please let us know if you have any other suggestions on improvements to the site, we are always ready and willing to take on board any ideas and perfect YourSayPays for you.

New site feature in depth look- Recommend a Friend
Recommend a friend is one of our great new rewarding features on the site. Already a lot of you have taken advantage of earning yourself 50p by getting friends and family to sign up. So far we’ve had 643 people make a recommendation and 175 people successfully sign up because of this.
It’s really great news for us as growing the panel and making our panellists happy is what we are all about
For anyone who hasn’t had a look at this feature yet, you can either click on the purple ‘Recommend a friend’ menu tab or click on the recommend a friend picture within the ‘Available surveys’ tab.
Once you are in recommend a friend be sure to read the instructions! Your user name automatically appears in the ‘from’ box so do make sure you change this if your friends aren’t familiar with your nickname!
Then just simply type in the email addresses of the people you want to recommend. Please do this carefully, if you make a mistake and press send your friend won’t receive the invite and it will take up one of your 5 invitations.
At the moment the number of people you can recommend is limited to 5. We’ve done it this way to trial how it runs. Obviously we need to be careful that people aren’t signing up fraudulently, we want people to get a fair reward for doing this genuinely.
So if you have some friends who have a passion for customer service, enjoy answering surveys and want to earn a bit of money- please recommend them!

Prize draw winners
The winner of our October omnibus survey was Judy from Bristol.
Judy won £100 Love2Shop vouchers that can be spent at most high street shops.
Its been good timing for Christmas for Judy to win, Judy said “Thank you, I have never won anything like this in my life. I will give some of the vouchers to my 17 year old daughter and spend the rest on a treat for myself & Christmas presents.”
What a lucky daughter you have Judy!
The winner of our September prize draw has not yet come forward to claim his prize- John Kelland from Woking- please get in touch with us so we can send you your vouchers!
Praise and Shame
Customer service is always at the front of our mind here at YourSayPays. For us it’s the make or break of a good company.
Those companies that treat you fairly or maybe just do a little bit extra for you , are they few and far between? What about companies who you have to chase round the houses? Do you like to have a good old moan about them? The Praise and Shame page on the forums is the place for you to vent your frustrations or give a little bit of love to those companies that are on your mind.
Our prize draw winner Judy told us a little about the companies she feels strongly about.
“I love Marks & Spencer for the quality & durability of their clothing and I hate Primark for their shoes because they don't last 2 minutes.”
I asked the YourSayPays team to share some similar views.
Our boss Jude says “I love my local Co-op because even when they were locking up and closing they let me nip in and buy pizza and I really did need pizza that night - how kind is that? Even though they were ready to go home at 10pm?”
“I dislike Apple ever since I've had my iphone, it's their way or a massive headache!”
Web developer Dave shares his love of Amazon.co uk
“Huge range of products at the cheapest prices. Delivery has always been quick and quite often sooner than they estimate. Returning products also also been easy and hassle free, just fill in a simple form and post back to them for a full refund!”
We all love Amazon at YourSayPays hence their near constant use for vouchers!
Dave hates Budget car insurance.
“It was always up to me to get in touch with them, they never contacted me even after they said they would. I never felt like they were bothered about me in the slightest, so i changed to Admiral who have been great since!”
Rob Ward one of our designers has a word of warning about Sky.
“I signed up with sky for my TV, phone and broadband on an offer they had. The Sky + box is great really like this. I really don't like the internet that comes with the package though (light broadband use). Once you have searched a few websites that’s it, you are over you limit for the month and if it happens again they will move you onto the unlimited broadband at extra cost.
It really is not as good as it sounds!!!”
Let us know what you think. Go to Praise and Shame and share the love (or the hate).
Many thanks Kay @ YourSayPays
