Why mobile phone shops drive me mad!!!

Picture it - you are looking down at your current mobile phone with a feeling of loathing. Knowing that all your friends and family are sporting the latest models you decide it is time to take the plunge. The world of mobile phones is confusing to say the least. You expect to be able to go down to your local mobile store, get a member of staff to explain to you the dieffernce between mp3 and mp4, pick your favourite, pay and be on your way. Simple! Not the last time i experienced it it wasn't. Entering the store i was greated by a smarmy, greasy 17 year old lad who treated me as if i was an idiot. Laughing at my inability to decipher what different letters meant at the end of each mobile branded name (i mean for goodness sake, if they bring out about 500 different models a month then how am i meant to know!!!) he then attempted to bully me into signing a contract. I told over and over again (maybe all that grease was filling up his ears) that i was only interested in pay as you go but he was having none of it. He even looked at me and suggested that maybe if i was too poor that a mobile phone wasn't for me!!! Of course after demanding to see the manager i was informed by the snotty kid that he was in fact the manager. Leaving the store very annoyed i immediately decided to contact the company to put in a complaint. After being on hold for over 40 mins i was eventually transferred to a bored sounding young girl - who obviously could not care less how much i was ranting and raving- to be told that the situation would be dealt with. Ha! i thought- fantastic he will get what is coming to him. Oh imagine my suprise then, when two weeks laer i walked past the same store to find him cornering another young lady with the same sneer! I do feel bad though - i just carried on walking.
