Excellent Service at Homebase

We recently bought home assembly furniture from Homebase.
Unfortunately a small number of parts were damged. We called Homebase Customer Services and after going through two automatic options got through to the correct department for replacement parts.
The staff were courteous, knew what they were doing and helpful. Because of the time we took to assemble the furniture we had to call them on about three separate occasions. Each time replacement parts arrived within 3 days.
I feel that they should be commended for what I consider to be excellent service.
