Without this additional information about you, we would be unable to use all the feedback we collect in a meaningful way.

We may also store your details if you e-mail us directly with a query or suggestion for improvement.

We store your information securely and use it to create your account, to invite you take part in surveys and to communicate with you from time to time, for example through our e-mail newsletters.

We will retain your information in order to send you surveys unless you ask us to stop. You can withdraw your consent to us using your details at any time by unsubscribing from the YourSayPays Panel, using your settings page to deactivate your account, and we will delete your name and e-mail address.
